Saint Maudez est un saint breton ayant vécu au ou qui fait partie des saints bretons plus ou moins mythiques non reconnus officiellement par l' église catholique. Ce saint est également appelé Maudé, Maudet ( gallo), Maodez ou Modez ( breton) et Mawes ( cornique) ou encore Mandé (voir le toponyme Saint-Mandé).
